Exciting news! We have cleared our waitlist for some weeks and now have space available in the following summer camps:

Our summer camps are intentionally small, connection-based, and focused on social-emotional learning skills development to build resilience.

Children are supported in building tools for emotional regulation, confidence, communication, friendship skills, flexibility, problem-solving, and self-awareness in a fun and supportive camp environment.

We are also so excited to share that Diana, an amazing new RSW, will be joining our July 20 camp and leading groups for our August 10 and August 17 camps.

If you have been hoping to get your child into camp this summer, now is the time to grab one of the remaining spots.

Our final Sunday Resilient Kids Class of our spring term is today!!!

These 2-hour classes combine yoga, movement, outdoor exploration, mindfulness, games, and connection-building activities designed to help children develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and healthy social skills.

More than just a yoga class, our Resilient Kids programs is designed by a Master's level therapist to provide a supportive space for children to connect, play, learn, and grow while building tools they can carry into everyday life.

Ages 5–10
Today, 3:30 PM–5:30 PM

You’ll notice we have quite a few breathwork events coming up at RVN, each one a little different, and all included in our monthly unlimited memberships.

Breathwork can be a powerful way to shift your state, clear emotional heaviness, reconnect with your body, and access deeper insight without needing to talk your way through everything. Sometimes one intentional breathwork session can create the kind of release, clarity, and reset that you didn’t even know you needed.
