It's that Time of Year again where construction is everywhere, so please take note and adjust your time / routes if you need to so you make your appointment on time at RTB and not be stressing. Currently there is major Construction along Campbelle Drive up towards the Fire Station / Which will effect those coming from SJ to here if you take that exit to come down into Quispamsis/ Rothesay area. Recommended detours would be to turn left at the Firestation exit and loop around to Rothesay / Grove Cafe and turn right to follow up to the business district that way to our location, or : You can totally bypass the exit passed the Dolan Road Irving and head straight for the Quispamsis exit that takes you to the "McEsso" Irving etc, either looping up Millennium or going straight through the lights and loop around to Hampton Road that way, turning left at the second intersection / Daily's Esso, which would put you on the Hampton Road, going passed KV high and the library to come see us. • Gather small objects (stones, paper, anything tangible)
• Each object represents one painful memory or feeling
• Go to a natural setting (river, ocean, forest)
• Hold each object, speak the memory out loud
• Release it physically (throw it, bury it, burn it)
• Keep one object as a witness
The act of physical release signals to the brain that the memory has been processed.

We had a Fun weekend with our friends Fog City Rollers as they celebrated their Sweet 16 year birthday! Such an amazing vibe of strong power house women having fun, laughing and uplifting each other! We offered some massages, k tapping and range of motion exercises to support them as they played! The common phrase I heard was- “ I need to take more time for myself” We encouraged , we supported and reminded them pausing is ok and to allowing your body to rest and heal is a great form of self love ❤️❤️❤️ plus their legs- strong but needed extra love! A Little Note on this weird word : Chakra
Its been dubbed "new age" but its actually not new and has no age, its how we were created, We have many energy points thorough the whole body - look at Acupuncture/ TCM , many points that are linked to organs, body systems and yes even emotions. Chakras ( East India Gurus) discovered at least 7 bigger energy centres that goes through the mid line of our Body- each associated w/ certain organs/ body systems/ limbs, and with emotional body as well. Body has to store stuff somewhere good or bad, and w/out proper release or processing, the body holds it. The Body will always tell you the Truth, your mind however.... it can mis lead, and via trauma responses for survival will lock it away for self preservation. the mind can also tell the body what is good and bad and the body will believe it, it doesn't discern via truth it will just deal. So understanding how much deeper our body and mind function can unlock some powerful truth, healing ability that connects whole body and spirit The chakras are just not a decoration or cool "map" you find in a gift shop with pretty colours. It is a guide and understanding ourselves and others.

I have dove into this study and how it lives in our body and since I see imbalances all the time on my table, it has helped me support those I see and open doors of true healing. and understanding.
