Nothing beats home! Im always up for the tea from those resort massages ( some have good experiences) but I always enjoy the stories and sad that you didn’t experience what you would have liked, I guess there is no place like home lol

I had to laugh but sometimes we think if an massage therapist gives a stretch or any type of exercise it’s going to be complicated lol. When really it’s pretty simple, modified for you and makes sense! I had to much fun making this, so laugh with or at me it’s all good! Also stretch please lol

Got to celebrate one of my best friends 50th! We had a beautiful experience at La Belle Cabane and enjoyed some restful treatments at RTB , ending the day with great food, nostalgic movies, lots laughs and memories made! So great to celebrate this beauty!

A Fun relaxing afternoon with some peeps from the RTB team! It was nice to breath! This place is a center of healing the nervous system- be it from trauma, busy life, or whatever is your world, horses have the genuine ability to intuitive heal- their large nervous system çan help co regulate ours! This afternoon was full of smiles and peace ❤️❤️.worth checking out! Be it for self or a group event to support staff, program group or just family and friends ❤️❤️

We had such a relaxing afternoon on June 5th- highlight of our June experience! This place is a gem! The scenery, the nature and beautiful host invited us in to breath. You could feel your shoulders and tension drop as you stepped out of the car! The horses who are so genuine, funny and kind as natural healers! Their nervous system is huge and çan help co regulate you❤️ every horse has a story, and even the goats were playful and sweet! It was nice to pause and just be! Thank you Waterford EAH for allowing us to experience this! equine assisted healing @
