EFT (tapping) is very powerful and many studies have been done on its effectiveness. I trained in EFT with Al Rodee several years ago.
Recently I burned my thumb on a flat iron, I used it for the pain, and it worked. No blister, just uncomfortable for a few days. When things like this happen, we sometimes will think “Oh that was so stupid. I can’t believe I did that” The tapping helps to cool down the emotions.
