A Blue Moon is traditionally the second Full Moon in a calendar month, making it a relatively uncommon event, which is where the phrase "once in a blue moon" comes from. The Moon won't actually appear blue, but it does offer a good opportunity to pause and take stock of where you are and where you're headed.

Blue Moon energy tends to feel a bit like a checkpoint. What have you started but not finished? What goals, plans, or conversations keep resurfacing? What have you outgrown that you're still carrying around? Sometimes growth isn't about chasing the next shiny thing. Sometimes it's about circling back and dealing with the things we've been avoiding.

Take a few minutes tonight to reflect on what is working, what isn't, and what needs your attention moving forward. You don't need an elaborate ritual. A quiet moment under the Moon, a journal, a cup of tea, or an honest conversation with yourself is more than enough.
