We might be better at Physio than social media, but we couldn't let the season pass without saying Happy Holidays 🎄

Wishing everyone a festive holiday season filled with warmth, rest, and moments of joy. May the New Year bring good health, renewed energy, and continued opportunities to support each other!

We will be around the clinic during the following holiday hours to help kick any lingering 2025 injuries to the curb:

Dec 22 + 23 - 7am to 6pm
Dec 24 - 8am to 1pm
Dec 25 to 28th - closed 🎁
Dec 29 + 30 - 8am to 5pm
Dec 31 - 8am to 3pm
Jan 1 to 4th - closed 🥂
