We’ve been working hard lately to extend our opening hours and better serve our patients.

Earlier this year we added an additional hour to our opening times to make it easier for patients to visit us in their lunch breaks.

Now we’re pleased to add an additional half day to our schedule on Friday mornings.

Our phonelines and office are now open Friday 9am - 12pm for appointment booking, test results, TAP forms and anything else.

As always, you can book online and access test results 24/7 through our secure patient portal, Ava Connect. Ask our staff if you’re not signed up yet!

Dear Patients,

It is with profound sadness that we inform you of the sudden passing of

Dr. Erin Naidoo.

He was a dedicated physician who cared deeply for his patients. We have not only lost a valued member of our community, but also a friend and a father.

We understand that this news may come as a shock and that you will have questions regarding your ongoing medical care. Currently, we are doing our best to ensure that all of Dr. Naidoo's patients continue to receive uninterrupted medical care. If you are Dr. Naidoo's patient, you will have received an e-mail today with further instructions. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to our staff.

As this is a trying time for our clinic staff, as well as for Dr. Naidoo's patient panel, we ask for your kindness and patience during this process as we navigate this transition.

Thank you to our local Coast Reporter for a great write-up on our recent takeover of the clinic. We’re excited to get stuck in to the new role and are already making improvements to provide quality healthcare in our local community.

Monday–Friday, 9–5
$26.50/hour (Sunshine Coast Living Wage)
Health & dental benefits + annual bonus

Formal MOA certification isn’t required — we’ll train the right person.

If you’re currently in retail, hospitality, reception, or another customer-facing role and looking for:
