Summer is right around the corner, so I wanted to share a few important updates:

☀️ Vacation Notice: I will be away from June 27 – July 6. If you’d like an appointment before I leave or shortly after I return, I recommend booking ahead as availability is limited.

🚗 Mobile Treatments: As of June 30, I will no longer be offering mobile massage treatments. I want to sincerely thank everyone who has welcomed me into their homes over the years. Moving forward, all treatments will take place in my clinic space.

📅 Book Ahead: With vacation season, school ending, and summer schedules filling up, now is a great time to secure your upcoming appointments.

📧 Appointment Reminder: Email reminders are sent as a courtesy and can be a helpful tool, however they should not be relied upon as the sole method of tracking appointments. Patients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments, and missed reminder emails do not waive the 24-hour cancellation policy or no-show fees.

Business Update 💛

As my practice continues to grow and shift toward more TMJD and neck-focused treatment, I’ve made the difficult decision to phase out mobile massage treatments as of June 30th.

This change allows me to better focus my time, energy, and care within the clinic setting while also being mindful of the physical demands that mobile treatments require.

Thank you so much for your continued support and understanding through this next chapter 🤍

TMJD-focused treatment is about more than just intra-oral work. ✨

A lot of tension, pain, and dysfunction can be addressed externally through the muscles of the jaw, face, neck, and shoulders — and treatment should always be tailored to your comfort level.

Intra-oral treatment can be a helpful tool for some patients, but it is never a requirement. Effective treatment starts with communication, consent, and an approach that feels safe for you. 🤍

🌷 the women longing to become mothers
🌷 the mothers grieving the loss of a child

🌷 the bonus moms, step moms, foster moms and chosen moms
🌷 the moms healing while still showing up for everyone else

Motherhood — and the journey surrounding it — can be beautiful, heavy, complicated and deeply emotional all at once.

Happy Friday 😂
Here’s some non-massage content for a change… although watching your RMT get bullied by her horse still feels on brand somehow. 🐴

I went out to film a sweet little grooming video and instead got:
• headbutted
• clotheslined by the cross ties
• mildly threatened with a bite
• humbled repeatedly

Safe to say my patients are a little gentler with me than he is. 🤍

Today we recognize International Day of the Midwife 🤍

This is a day that feels especially meaningful to me. While it may not be directly related to massage therapy, it’s something I feel is important to acknowledge and share.

Midwives play an essential role in supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. Their care goes far beyond clinical expertise — it is rooted in trust, advocacy, education, and compassion.

I’ve had the privilege of being supported by midwives through the births of my own children, and that experience has given me a deep appreciation for the level of care they provide — not only to parents, but to entire families during such a significant chapter of life.

The support, presence, and respect midwives offer is truly remarkable, and their impact extends well beyond the moments they are physically present.

Today (and every day), we recognize and thank midwives for the work they do, the care they provide, and the difference they make in the lives of so many.
