Poor air quality can affect everyone, especially those living with asthma, COPD, lung cancer, or other lung conditions.
💙 Help protect your lungs:
✅ Limit time outdoors
✅ Avoid strenuous outdoor activities
✅ Keep windows and doors closed when it’s safe to do so
