If I had found the right support years ago, I would’ve gotten 10 years of my life back 🫠

But! I wouldn’t be able to help people like I do now without that experience, and it is one of the reasons why I’m SO passionate about what I do. ✨

And one of the best parts is how much time I get to spend with clients. 🫶

A lot of people come to me because they have been dismissed in their health and they have zero answers and zero relief, despite doing lots of testing, their own research etc.

And a lot of that comes from putting all our eggs into a system that tells us that “we’re fine” even though we’re exhausted, bloated, running to the washroom all day long, living in pain, having travel be a nightmare, reacting to literally everything you’re eating, being woken up from acid burning in your throat…

And we’re in and out within 10 minutes. No follow-up.

This is not dissing the medical system - we need it, but we also need holistic care. We are too complex of beings for it to be distilled down to one approach or one way of doing things when it comes to our health.

But ultimately - time is healing. Time is medicine. And it is such a gift. Healing should not be rushed.

👌👌👌If you feel frustrated with no answers, totally invalidated in your health - my upcoming masterclass is PERFECT for you ♥️

➡️1 hour, totally free and will give you ACTUAL answers to wtf is going on with your gut and why you’re bloated at the end of everyday, in pain constantly, wake up with burning acid reflux, and MORE.

AND how we resolve it 😈 👏

Just an FYI I have limited availability for new 1:1 clients starting in September. I'm taking time off in October to get married (!! 💍), so if working together has been on your mind, now is the time (especially with Fall around the corner, it usually feels pretty organic to start a new regime and start looking after our health differently!).

Two people can have the exact same symptom and need two completely different plans to support it. I see it EVERY day lol.

That's the whole reason I don't do generic protocols or generic anything (!).... I want to understand why your body is expressing these symptoms, connect the dots, and build something around what YOU actually need, what is supportive for YOU.

Imagine actually enjoying a meal out without doing the mental math on what's "safe" first. Sleeping through the night instead of waking up at 2am with burning acid reflux. Having energy that doesn't crash after lunch. Not spending the car ride home wondering if you're going to regret what you just ate. Not spending your whole day in agonizing stomach pain (no matter what you eat). Not having to figure out what you're doing to wear to "hide the bloat" that inevitably happens like clockwork at the end of every damn day.

That's what happens when we stop guessing and actually get to the root of what's going on for YOUR body specifically — not a generic gut protocol, not what worked for your coworker, not random TikTok advice. Just what you actually need.

If you're tired of bloating after meals, never knowing what to eat, or trying supplement after supplement without knowing what's actually wrong, you don't have to keep guessing.

You can start living WITHOUT the symptoms but WITH the foods you love.

Book your discovery call so we can get you in for September and get you feeling better ASAP!! www.validatednutrition.com

Maybe you’ve…

→ Cut out gluten
→ Tried dairy-free
→ Started taking probiotics
→ Bought the digestive enzymes
→ Tried a “cleanse”
→ Followed low FODMAP
→ Added more fibre
→ Changed your supplements approximately 47 times 😂

…and you’re STILL dealing with:

→ Bloating
→ Constipation or diarrhea
→ Reflux
→ Food sensitivities
→ Stomach pain
→ Constantly wondering “What the heck am I supposed to eat?!”

You’re not necessarily doing it wrong.

You might just be missing the WHY.

Because if you don’t understand what’s actually driving your symptoms, you can spend YEARS playing whack-a-mole.

Take something for one symptom.
Remove another food when something else pops up.
Feel better for a little while…

…and then end up right back where you started.

You don’t need to try harder.

You need a ✨strategy✨ that actually makes sense for your body and is tailored to YOU.

Your symptoms are telling you something.

The goal is to figure out what (so we can mend it 🫶).

More on this later this week 👀

Every single day I have this conversation.

And I know exactly how it feels because I lived it myself.

"Everything looks fine."

Meanwhile, you're living with:
• chronic bloating after eating
• burning reflux that wakes you up at night
• stomach pain that takes the good out of you
• exhaustion every single day
• planning your life around what you can eat...or where the nearest washroom is.

How is that "fine"?

How is that a good quality of life?

I spent over 10 years living that reality.

I was told I was lactose intolerant. That I "just had IBS." That I should eat more fibre, drink more water, and avoid certain foods.

Meanwhile, I was already eating "cleaner" than I do now lol.

The problem wasn't that there were no answers. The problem was that no one was asking the right questions.

When I finally started looking deeper, everything began to make sense.

My relationship with food.
My mineral status.
My gut lining.
Histamine.
Stress and the gut-brain connection.
Low beneficial bacteria.
And so much more.

My symptoms weren't random. They were communication.

That's why I do what I do.

Because I know how defeating it feels to be told you're "fine" when your body is telling you otherwise.

You deserve more than another elimination diet.
You deserve more than "just manage it."

You deserve someone who's willing to ask the right questions, help you understand why your symptoms are happening, and build a plan that's specific to you...

So you can get your life back 💙

✨ If you're tired of guessing, tired of feeling tired, and tired of being dismissed, book a free discovery call through the link in my bio so we can chat through what is totally possible for you!

A randomized control trial showed that eating 2 kiwis 🥝 per day improved daily bowel movements (stool frequency + consistency) in those with constipation.

With its Vit C content, fibre (yess it’s better for you with the skin on!!!) + enzymes = it can all help naturally improve bowel movements!

💩 Remember that constipation is:
— when you are NOT moving your bowels every day
— when stool is hard to pass/like pebbles
— spending more than 5 minutes trying to eliminate
— when your BMs are dependent on coffee or lots of magnesium

AND constipation has sooo many root causes:
✨ microbial imbalances
✨ dehydration
✨ nervous system dysregulation
✨ low stomach acid
✨ bile flow issues
✨ thyroid issues
✨ low fibre diet
✨ mineral deficiencies
✨ high stress/anxiety/trauma

Almost all of my clients struggle with constipation as it is a foundation of our gut health, and it is the FIRST THING we aim to remedy 💪 so they can start feeling better ASAP (and it allows us to do more in-depth work too!!).

Other constipation hacks that can help are:
🍋 warm lemon water + chia seeds in the AM
💧 minerals (electrolytes)
🤍 breathwork
🍎 eating every 3-4 hours w/ 30g of protein per meal + aiming for 30g fibre a day (but low + slow is the tempo with fibre!).

⬇️🙌 Let me know if you found this surprising and/or helpful down in the comments!!!

If you’ve been told to “drink more water and eat more fibre” and it’s not working…
(hello, welcome 👋 I was told the same thing!)
—you’re not broken. There’s just so much more to the story ⬇️⬇️⬇️

Constipation is the most common thing I see in practice—by far.
It’s also one of the first things I work on with clients… because it’s such a foundational piece, and so much builds from here.

Without daily, predictable bowel movements, we often see symptoms that show up in everyday life:
👎 fatigue
👎 sluggishness
👎 low mood
👎 acne
👎 sluggish metabolism
👎 lack of motivation
👎 chronic bloating
👎 abdominal pain
👎 brain fog / poor concentration
👎 hormonal symptoms / PMS
(and more!)

But here’s where people get stuck:

Chronic constipation is rarely one thing—it’s usually a combination of factors like mineral imbalances, gut dysbiosis, sluggish thyroid, bile flow, and chronic stress.

There’s also often an emotional layer. A lot of people dealing with this have a hard time letting things go—
and the body can mirror that pattern physically.

Another big piece is predictability and safety in daily life. Our bowel movements are influenced by food and hydration, yes—but also by sleep (our circadian rhythm) and stress.

Regular meals, consistent sleep and wake times, slowing down, and creating a sense of safety in the body all matter here.

And adding more fibre too soon can often be counterproductive.
It’s not usually where I start.

We need to get things moving first—then build from there!!
