4 athletes from our team stepped into the ring yesterday, and all 4 won their bouts! 🥊

This is what quality training and coaching looks like.
These are people I train hard with every day as I prepare for my own competitions, as well as people I coach in the gym, and corner in the ring.

It all bleeds down from the coaches and trainers who train me, the coaches and trainers who’ve trained them; and so on for decades of competitions.

When you are hard at work towards goals and new chapters, it’s easy to let a quiet cloud of doubt creep in. You focus so much on the gap between where you are and where you want to be that you blind yourself to the ground you’ve already conquered. ❌

Practicing gratitude isn’t about complacency; it’s about acknowledging your strength so you can climb higher. Look at the habits you’ve built, the resilience you have built, and the community around you. If you are breathing, executing, and refusing to quit, you are winning. The best is absolutely yet to come. ⚡

STOP doing 10K runs and calling it fight conditioning.

I used to do exactly that; I would lace up, get on the road and just go.

I didn't have a plan or any structure to my training, I would just run until my lungs burned and my legs were heavy, then I'd tell myself that I was putting in good work.

Here's what I did to change that

I started taking S&C seriously - I stopped treating it like a punishment to endure and turned it into a system that built the exact engine most fighters dream of.

When I started on this journey I wanted 3 things:

1. Power that wouldn't fade,
2. A strong posture that wouldn't break
3. Legs that would keep firing in round five.

Here's how I achieved all 3 and what your week should look like if you want the same:

Day 1: Full Body Strength. Heavy weights, low reps. This is the base everything else sits on. Most fighters skip heavy strength because it doesn't feel like fighting. It's exactly why their hands get lighter in round three.

Day 2: Power & Conditioning. Strength means nothing if you can't use it fast. This session turns raw force into speed you can actually throw.

Day 3: Functional Strength. Skip this and your technique looks great in drilling and falls apart in sparring.

Day 4: Pyramid Cardio. Fighters dread this session. That's exactly why so many of them gas out when it matters.

Try this approach and watch yourself become a nightmare to deal with.
