You can be done in under a minute every day with our September positive thoughts journaling. This simple activity is all about perspective.

Just finish each sentence in a positive way. That’s all you have to do. Keep the calendar, some paper, and a pen on your nightstand, and make it the first thing you do every morning.

Perspective can change our outlook on an idea day. Even on long, tiring days, by looking for the positives, we can bring positivity, joy, and optimism to our days.

Carnelian is our crystal of the month!!!! It has earth energy, helps to be comfortable in your surroundings, fights fear unbelievable protection against negativity , great for nightmares and scattered energy!!! Plus we have cool moon hanging planters in !!! We are Mind, Body,spirit!!!

Thank you for your kind words, messages and patience the past while. I appreciate each and every one of you! The studio will be open Mondays 12-4 and 6-8, Tuesdays 12-4, and Wednesdays 12-4 and 6-8 for the time being. I am looking forward to seeing you all again starting this coming Monday!!!

Turn off the news.
Put down the phone.
Step outside.
