Every year, we love sending our Golf Classic participants home with a little swag, and this year, SR Law, our Golf Gift Sponsor, is helping us add something extra useful to the bag: portable chargers!

A big thank you to SR Law for supporting the 27th Annual Geneva Centre for Autism Golf Classic and helping us make the day that much more special for our golfers.

To help make the transition a little easier, we’ve put together our 2026 Back-to-School Resource Guide with practical tools and resources for children and teens returning to school, adults heading to college, university or training, and families navigating new routines and supports.

From advocacy and learning supports to transition planning, respite, transportation and organizational tools, there’s something for every stage.

🐾 We had some very special visitors!

A huge thank you to Sunshine Therapy Dogs and their owners for spending time with children from our IBI, Essential Skills and ABA Classroom programs. 💙

Each child was able to take part in a way that felt comfortable. Some enjoyed patting the dogs and practicing gentle touches, while others offered chew toys from an arm’s length. Some preferred to stay out of reach while tracking the dogs with their eyes and sharing social smiles.

The visit gave the children a fun opportunity to practice waiting, turn-taking, and gentle hands, with plenty of nuzzles and tail wags along the way. The kids loved it, and so did we! 🐶

Thank you again to for sharing your wonderful dogs with our community. We can’t wait to welcome you back!

Good food. Great company. Even better people. 🌮💙

Today was all about celebrating the incredible team that makes Geneva Centre for Autism such a special place. Every day, our staff show up with compassion, dedication, and heart for the children, youth, adults, families, and colleagues they support, and this summer, we were so happy to celebrate them.

A big thank you to Jerk Brothers for serving up an amazing lunch and keeping everyone happy (and well fed!). 🌴🍽️

Here's to an incredible team, and full, happy tummies! 💙

Celebrating Our Office Admin Graduates! 🎓

In Spring, we celebrated the successful completion of another Learn, Train, Work: Office Admin group training program, delivered in collaboration with March of Dimes' SkillingUp team.

Participants gained valuable knowledge about office administration roles and responsibilities, workplace and tech etiquette, and internet safety, while building hands-on skills using Microsoft 365 tools. 💻

A huge congratulations to all of our graduates for their hard work and dedication. 👏 We can't wait to see what comes next for you!

Does your child love to play independently, but find joining in, communicating what they want, or connecting with other children a little harder?

Those skills can take practice, and play can be a great place to build them.

Our Talk, Play, Connect is a small-group program for children ages 3–6, led by a Speech-Language Pathologist. Through play and shared activities, children get opportunities to practice early communication skills like requesting, commenting, greeting others, following directions, and communicating with peers and adults.

✨ Only 2 spots remain.
⏰ Registration closes Friday.

Think this could be a good fit for your child? Apply today.

Learning to communicate can happen in so many everyday moments like playing, singing songs, sharing a snack, or taking turns with a friend. Talk, Play, Connect is a one-week camp for children ages 3–6 that helps build early communication skills through fun, play-based activities led by a Speech-La...
