This weekend the Summer Heat Basketball Tournament was filled with information, tips and tricks. Presented by INPLAY our Under Pressure discussions provided Prevention and recovery from Active Touch Physiotherapy by Michele and Willem and Mental fitness tips for performing under pressure by Coach Lena from Mindset and Motion. We also had Michael from Dunbar Medical there with all of your sport medical supplies and preventative bracing.
