Growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens when we invest in our people.

Over the past few weeks, Kate and Abbie have been travelling between our Capture clinics, supporting teams across locations and helping strengthen the systems, culture, and mentorship that keep us moving forward.

Abbie has been working closely with our administrative teams, supporting consistency, confidence, training, and smooth clinic operations.

Kate has been leading mentorship and professional development, helping clinicians feel supported, challenged, and connected as they continue to grow in their roles.

This is what growth looks like behind the scenes.

It’s not just new clinics, services, or opportunities — it’s building the people, leadership, and foundation that make compassionate, accessible healthcare possible.
