[ Antarctica. March 2026. Part 1 ]
A funny story…
When I was a child, my favorite fairytale was about a magic flower that could make all your dreams come true.
(In the story, the girl who found it got to travel to the North Pole.)
Ever since I heard it, I kept looking for that flower.
I would check every single one… just in case it was the one 🤔
And somehow, that’s how my dream of visiting Antarctica was born ✨
Years later… I sent a message to my mom:
“I found the magic flower and it worked. I’m going to Antarctica 😜”
It was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure 🥹💙 that I signed up for just 3 weeks before it happened.
Exciting? Oh yes.
Spontaneous adventures like that are totally my style.
It was my first cruise ever, and I had no idea what to expect.
In reality… it was incredible!
Sauna. Cold pool. Hot whirlpool bath.
Amazing Thai massage.
A bathtub. Beautiful rooms.
A balcony with the best view on whales, icebergs, seals…
And this constant feeling of adventure in the air…but with top-level comfort.
(Not exactly how I imagined it as a kid… but somehow even better.)
After the first dinner the energy shifted from “perfect, polite strangers” to real humans who have lived, seen, laughed, and experienced a lot. I realised it was totally my people 🥲🙏🏻
That was the beginning of my adventure…
