We’re Hiring Permanent Locums! 🩺

The South Island Primary Care Society is actively recruiting full-time and part-time permanent locum physicians to support our teams at Goldstream Medical Clinic in Langford and Colwood Family Practice.

Our permanent locum model is designed to give physicians flexibility and variety, while providing our family practice teams with reliable coverage for vacation, leaves, schedule changes, and work-life balance. You’ll work alongside established physicians, experienced MOAs, clinic coordinators, and management teams — without the commitment of managing your own patient panel.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time role or a flexible part-time schedule, we’d love to connect.
