Today's session inspired me with the power of simplicity. We make things SO much harder than they need to be.

We create stories and hold on so tightly, thinking we need to understand something first, improve or fix ourselves first THEN we can breathe, BUT

When you just let your energy move....
That is everything.

No stories,
Just you energetically breathing.

You do NOT need to understand something first in order to breath.

You just let yourself breathe first.

Using your voice is exposing yourself which is the last thing you want and the medicine you crave.

Being heard is the difference between being invisible and being in the room. It is the difference between abandoning yourself or taking up space.

The fear is they will abandon you, so you abandon yourself before that can happen. It's a futile attempt at being in control. The abandonment you control.

If you never take the risk to be seen and heard as you are, you will not be abandoned by them but you won't actually be in connection with them. Nor will you be in connection with yourself.

Being who you are is all about connection and belonging to yourself. In lonely times it is a rich opportunity to build deep relationship with yourself.
