Training camp in Montreal is complete. Tonight, I fly with the team to Spain for the Box-Am Tournament, the first step toward securing my place on the Commonwealth Games team.

2025 nearly broke me. A broken hand in the Dominican. A coach walking out mid-camp without warning. Setbacks stacked on top of setbacks. There were moments when walking away felt reasonable.

But I pulled myself back from that edge and rebuilt.

I’m stronger. I’m faster. And I’m the most complete boxer I’ve ever been. Not just physically, but mentally. Sharper. Hungrier. More disciplined.

There was a moment I questioned if I would keep boxing. But deep down, I know exactly who I am. This is what I was built for. I never wanted a normal path, a comfortable routine, or a safe life. I chose this road...live by the sword, die by the sword...and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

My team has never been stronger.
My focus has never been clearer.
My desire has never burned hotter.

Thank you to everyone who stood by me when things were heavy. The journey isn’t over.
Now it’s time to fight.
