Simple doesn’t mean basic. And complicated doesn’t automatically mean more effective.

Because great treatment isn’t about working harder. It’s about having more options.

A full calendar might look like success—but it doesn’t automatically mean your business is profitable.

If your rates don’t cover your expenses, unpaid admin time, sick days, vacation time, taxes AND the income you actually want to earn, adding more clients won’t solve the problem. It might just leave you fully booked and completely exhausted.

You don’t necessarily need to treat more people. You just need to take a closer look at your numbers.
