Everyday I wake up feeling gratitude - air to breathe, food to eat, roof over my head, and love in my heart. I owe a lot of it to the effort I put in to my own personal wellbeing and why I want to share REFLEXOLOGY AND INDIE HEAD MASSAGE with you! Reflexology triggers reflexes, awakening your inner healing systems, and increasing energy flow. Reflexes on each foot are directly connected to a body

part through the neuro pathways. When your body is balanced, stress and inflammation decreases, pain subsides, relaxation occurs, and a sense of peace ensues. Most clients discover they have more energy to tackle what life throws at them and they are able to manage pain/stressors better. My hope is that you will have a little more pep in your step and more joy will fill your days. Come see me if this sounds like something you would like to include in your wellness routine.

Leah and Nancy are pleased to announce the opening of Rivulet Health and Wellness Centre in Wingham!

You may recognize 238 Josephine Street in Wingham as the former 'Wingham Massage Therapy' clinic, as it has been a place of relaxation and wellness for many years. We will be giving it a little refresh and look forward to welcoming you into the space this June!

Leah will be offering Bowen Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with morning, afternoon, and evening appointments to choose from.
