When I hear folks talk about and all the benefits, I think about our hybrid workplace and wouldn’t trade this human-to-human connection and support for anything!
I looked around our clinic today and saw collaboration at every turn. Not facilitated, just organic connections. I know that we and our clients are benefiting from this!
To celebrate our individual achievements we give out a “You OTta be appreciated!” Which went to Isabella this round. Hired as a new grad she is now soaring to new heights building her professional capacity and making us laugh along the way! Feedback from her clients validates the positive impacts she is making.
To celebrate our collective achievements we had our first Vision Board Night where we each put our individual dreams into art and through the Law of Attraction, put it all out into the universe and prepare to receive it all!
Today and everyday I am proud of my work family and so grateful for what we have built together.
