Finally getting around to making jewelry again. 🤍

I’ve always been drawn to the colors of the sea and the desert. If I had to pick one color that feels like me, it’d be turquoise.🏜️🩵🌊

These necklaces have all of my favorite tones, and I had so much fun bringing them to life. I was definitely rusty though... one necklace took me four tries before I was happy with it.

Thank you for being patient with me. I don’t like creating just to create. I wait until I feel inspired, and I think these pieces are better because of it.

Reiki has become one of those things I naturally turn to throughout the day. 🌀

If I have a headache, I use Reiki.
If I’m stressed, I slow down, breathe, and let my hands go where they need to. Most of the time it’s my belly.

Every morning on the freeway, I pray and flow Reiki at the same time.🚗🚙

Before bed, I’ll sometimes do Reiki on my husband and son if they’re open to it. Isla is too cool and busy for non these days… 😝

It’s not always so deep-Sometimes it’s just a few quiet minutes that help me feel calmer, more grounded, and back to myself. 🥰✨

✨Reiki has helped me in ways that are hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it yourself. It’s brought buried emotions and truths to the surface, helping me heal what I avoided for years. ❤️‍🩹

It’s helped me release suppressed anger, feel more grounded, and find real inner peace. I’ve also seen it support my mom and dad through a difficult season after a stroke, bringing comfort when they needed it most. ☮️

I’ve seen clients come in carrying stress from work, home, and matters of the heart- and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more clear.🕊️

I’ve been in my recluse stage lately. Taking time to finish projects, sit with ideas, and spend more time in Reiki. I’ve also been offering sessions to new clients and it always reminds me how meaningful this work is.
