As Jay and I take a little family break, it’s given us the opportunity to sit back and reflect on what has been an incredible year for HCP Care.
As summer comes to an end, we’re already looking ahead and planning for the winter season here in Tenerife — preparing to welcome our long-term residents and the many tourists who choose Tenerife as their home away from home.
Words cannot express how proud I am of what we have built. We may say often how thankful we are to our team, but we genuinely mean it.
Like any business, we have faced the usual challenges, alongside some unexpected ones. But throughout it all, our incredible team have remained at the forefront of providing care to those who need it most.
The achievements we have received this year are an incredible addition to what we already know — just how special our team is and how much passion they put into the work they do.
To be recognised with three different awards in 2026 has been completely overwhelming:

When we started HCP Care, I never could have imagined that people would take the time to support us, nominate us and recognise the work our team does.
To have reached this point is something I feel incredibly honoured and blessed by.
To every client, family member, friend, supporter and, most importantly, every member of our incredible team — thank you.
We now look forward to continuing to improve the services we offer, expanding into new areas and, most importantly, continuing to provide the very best care we possibly can.
This is only the beginning.
