What is Assisted Stretching, you ask?🤷🏼‍♀️

During 1 on 1 assisted stretching sessions, you (the client) get to fully relax, whilst I (a professional stretch expert) move your body into different stretches. We combine PNF (push and release a muscle whilst in the elongated state) and deep diaphragmatic breathing techniques to release tension, and stiffness in the body and mind. Not only is it a re

laxing full body stretch, but it also helps to open up the body to:

* Enhance mobility, range of motion, and flexibility

* Strengthen connective tissue from muscles to joints

* Recover from injury and muscle soreness

* Improve sports performance and posture

* Decrease risk of injury

* Break down fascia and scar tissue

* Sleep better and improve overall sense of wellness

We’re looking for experienced, motivated professionals to join Stretch Eden, Barcelona’s 1st & only assisted stretching studio.

Learn the Stretch Eden Method through our exclusive, hands-on in-house training and, upon successful completion, begin working with clients as a Stretch Eden Practitioner.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in health, wellness or fitness
• Passionate about movement, wellbeing & helping people
• Warm, personable & confident with clients
• Comfortable with hands-on bodywork
• Reliable, professional, loyal & committed
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Catalan & other languages are a plus
• Available Tuesdays & Thursdays and/or weekday evenings
• Looking for a long-term future with Stretch Eden

AN EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY:

Stretch Eden Practitioner Training is not a public course or standalone certification.

It is an exclusive in-house program offered only to selected applicants with the potential to join our team.

The training is designed specifically to prepare you to work within the Stretch Eden system and at Stretch Eden.

Our goal isn’t simply to teach you a skill. Our goal is to build our team.

THE PATHWAY:

APPLY → INTERVIEW → TRAIN → ASSESS → JOIN THE TEAM

Selected applicants will complete our intensive 3-week Practitioner Training Program, followed by a practical & theoretical assessment.

Successful graduates can then begin working at our Sant Gervasi studio.

Places are extremely limited.

We’re looking for people serious about becoming part of Stretch Eden, not simply learning a technique to take elsewhere.

✨A lot has happened this past month at Stretch Eden.🤍

New faces, long days (and nights) of training, and a lot of learning, laughing, and growing together.

As demand for assisted stretching sessions has continued to grow, so has our team.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working closely with a new group of therapists - developing, refining, and building on the standard we’ve already set through the Stretch Eden Method.

It’s been full days in the studio, balancing sessions, training, and everything in between… along with the small yet joyous moments that make the process fulfilling to us!☺️

Caras nuevas, largos días (y noches) de formación, y mucho aprendizaje, risas y crecimiento en equipo.

A medida que la demanda de sesiones de estiramientos asistidos ha seguido creciendo, también lo ha hecho nuestro equipo.

Durante las últimas semanas, hemos estado trabajando muy de cerca con un nuevo grupo de terapeutas: desarrollando, perfeccionando y consolidando el estándar que ya hemos establecido con el Método Stretch Eden.

Han sido días completos en el estudio, equilibrando sesiones, formación y todo lo demás… ¡junto con esos pequeños momentos que hacen que todo el proceso sea tan especial para nosotros!☺️
