This is an amazing review and we could not fit the whole thing on the one image so here is the rest of it:

I’ve been thinking about having an upper bleph for about 3 years but had a couple of non negotiables. I didn’t want dissolvable stitches in case of a reaction after the surgery and I’ve read it can cause more scars.

I also wanted in person consultation and follow ups and needed to be completely comfortable with the team with which I was entrusting my eyes. I didn’t want to feel like I was on a conveyor belt as some clinics that offer blephs can tend to be.

A friend recommended the clinic and from the first phonecall with Leanne I already felt more comfortable. I honestly never write reviews but this team deserve an excellent review. Dr Feroz took as much time as I wanted to go through all my questions during the consultation, explaining everything fully, and even asked “what else? Please ask me anything that’s on your mind.”

Leanne looked after me during every appointment as she knew I was nervous and Cerys, Olivia, and Charlotte were kind and friendly when they checked my eyes every day for my follow ups.

I’ve never felt more looked after. It’s a bit nerve wracking going into a clinic looking your absolute worst for a couple of weeks but the first time I met Leanne she said “we don’t judge, here” and she was right.

The whole team are consummate professionals. As a fainter Dr Feroz and Leanne also took extra time to make sure I felt safe and comfortable at all times and I could not be happier with the results.

Dr Feroz did a superb job. It’s taken ten years off my eyes and six weeks on the scars are barely visible and I know they’ll keep improving. Top job from an absolutely top team.
