A year ago today! Runner up in Health and Wellbeing at Best of South Wales Business Awards. :)

And what a year it's been: new contracts, new clients, wonderful regulars, lots of new skills learned and shared, lots of plans for the future and above all being able to pay myself almost every month. :)

I've known for a couple of months but today is the day:

I have won a SME News UK Enterprise Award. :)

*** INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE SPECIALIST of the Year 2026 (South Wales) ***

In previous years I have been the Most Inclusive Practitioner (South Wales) and Best Complementary Therapist (Bridgend) in the SME News Wales Enterprise Awards. :)

As we come to the end of the school year and thoughts are turning towards Autumn/Winter planning, just a little reminder that I can provide class sessions, 1-1 intervention and wellbeing training to support pupils, staff and parents.

Anything from a one off class Story Massage, Yoga or Rainbow Relaxation session to providing training in Wellbeing Programmes for parents and staff.

What is Special Yoga?

"Special Yoga is not about achieving perfect poses.

It's about connection. Meeting each person where they are.

It's about helping children feel safe, calm, regulated and understood.

Throughout a session we'll share practical techniques using breath, movement, sound, relaxation and mindfulness that can be adapted for children with a wide range of needs and abilities."

Watching and discussing so many diverse live sessions with children and their parents/carers has been the highlight of my training this week and I can't wait to welcome lots of children and families on to my mat. :)
