I was recently asked to contribute a piece for the paper about the impact of no-shows and late cancellations.
As a small business, every missed appointment affects not only the business but also other clients who may have been waiting for that slot. Life happens, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable, but wherever possible, giving as much notice as you can is hugely appreciated.
