Enjoyed a lovely day off today, out in nature, soaking up some vitamin D. 🌞 🌳 🌊 We are so lucky to be surrounded by beautiful natural spaces in Ayrshire!

Hope you managed to get outside today and enjoy the blue sky. Looking forward to being back in Dunure on Friday evening for the next yoga and sauna session 🧘‍♀️ 🔥 🌊

🌊 We will then move to the Harbour for an optional cold dip in the sea
🔥 Followed by enjoying the cosy warmth of the beautiful as the sun sets over the water at Dunure Harbour
🧴 Afterward, treat your skin with a salt scrub + nourishing oils before getting changed and enjoying refreshments, snacks & good chats.
