You asked for it so here it is... Happy Sunday Friends!⁣

I did a facial massage video in lockdown 1.0 for a bit of fun and received wonderful feedback - maybe its because I said va**na on a Live (twice) and I really enjoy making myself look like a blobfish...⁣
⁣
Anyway, I digress - here are 5 of my favourite facial massage moves that I pretty much do daily - they make me feel gorge, get my blood flowing and despite my current breakout situation, they help my lymphatic system clear my skin. ✨⁣

Stretch Time!⁣ 👏
⁣
3 simple lower body stretches to keep you supple and living that happy hip life!⁣
⁣
1- Lunge / Hip Flexor stretch - keep your knee at 90 degree to your ankle - this reduces unnecessary pressure on the knees (gotta look after those babies!) 🙏⁣
⁣
2 - Lateral Lunge - gives the inside hamstring and the groin a stretch - encourage your supporting heel down towards the floor and keep those toes flexed. Try to take 5 deep breaths and relax into the position. 👌⁣

3 - Entire leg! - this bad boy makes me feel a bit sick but it targets so many muscles in the legs - try and push your weight back into your heels to feel the full benefit - you might even get a stretch in your ITB! 💪🏼⁣

As lockdown 3.0 gets into full swing and you’re doing couch to 5k (me), F45 everyday (me) or trying to get your yogi on (also me), remember supple muscles are healthy muscles - DON’T forget to stretch! 💖⁣ Any questions - just ask 😍
