Mental Health Awareness Week may be ending, but looking after your mental wellbeing should never be limited to one week a year.
This week’s theme has been “Take Action” - and hopefully it’s shown that action does not need to be dramatic to matter.
Sometimes the most important actions are the quiet ones:
💚 asking for support
💚 setting boundaries
💚 resting
💚 opening up
💚 making time for yourself
💚 taking the first step
If this week encouraged even one person to prioritise their mental wellbeing, start a conversation, or realise they are not alone, then that matters.
At Barry Therapy Centre, we believe support should feel safe, compassionate, and accessible. You do not have to wait until things feel unbearable before reaching out.
