In this episode, I guide you through a 30 minute Pranayama sequence that is suitable for all levels and backgrounds.
I start slow and gentle, helping you turn attention inwards and get comfortable with the stillness… and then I help you build on that stillness with traditional Pranayama. We cover a few different styles of Pranayama sequentially - all helping to clear out mental noise, create spaciousness and pause between your thoughts and you, and purify energetic and emotional gunk from within.
Following in the footsteps of mystics who embraced the medicine of their breath and prana is a very different way of operating
so, I wanted to encourage you on your precious and unique path, through sharing a practice that has personally changed my way of moving through life entirely - with deeper reverence to the body’s healing intelligence, an attunement to my inner life-force, and more intentionality and tenderness in all things.
