Gillian Christie, our West Midlands Operations and Business Development Manager, was delighted to attend the open day of the fantastic charity ECHO at their new offices in Herefordshire this week.

It was a great opportunity to meet the team, learn more about the incredible work they do, and discuss opportunities for future collaboration between ECHO and iCare Living.

One of the most exciting conversations centred around creating meaningful work placement opportunities for people with learning disabilities. Discussions focused on how, with the right guidance, support, and encouragement, individuals can develop skills, build confidence, and access opportunities that help them achieve greater independence and fulfilment.

At iCare Living, we are passionate about promoting inclusion, choice, and opportunities for the people we support, and we look forward to exploring how we can work together to make a positive difference within our communities.

Thank you to everyone at ECHO for the warm welcome and congratulations on your fantastic new premises. We look forward to developing this partnership further.
