We’re incredibly proud to see six of our FP3 birth tubs installed at the new Ascension Seton Women’s Hospital in Austin, Texas.

The new hospital has been designed with greater choice and personalised maternity care in mind, including dedicated low-intervention birth suites that support women who want a more physiological approach to labour and birth.

The FP3 has been specifically designed for professional maternity environments, supporting water immersion while meeting the practical and clinical needs of hospitals and birth centres.

For us, this is about far more than installing birth tubs. It’s about helping maternity teams create environments where women can feel supported, comfortable and empowered in their birth choices, while having the reassurance of specialist hospital care close at hand.

It’s fantastic to see another major women’s hospital embracing water immersion as part of its maternity offering and helping make this option more accessible to families.

Water immersion doesn’t take away the work of birth. It creates an environment where women can feel supported, calm, and in control as they bring their babies into the world.

A series of images capturing birth in an FP3 birth tub shows a deeply intimate, natural labor experience focused on water, support and instinct.

Warm water, dim lighting and a calm birthing space create a cocoon-like environment where movement is fluid and unrestricted.

The beautiful mother’s are seen immersed in the tub, breathing through contractions, shifting positions, and using the buoyancy of water to ease intensity and support progress through labor.

Our CEO Adam and Jacqui visited our factory in South Boston, Virginia, where our FP3 Birth Pools are meticulously crafted with precision and care. Pictured here are Craig and Rick, members of the highly skilled team whose expertise helps ensure every pool meets our high standards for quality and safety.

Seeing the production process up close provided a valuable insight into the craftsmanship that goes into every FP3 Birth Pool before it reaches a maternity unit or birth centre.

The visit also included our East Coast warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina, which plays a vital role in ensuring our pools reach facilities across the country efficiently. Working closely with hospital procurement teams, logistics partners and birth centre owners, the team helps make water birth options more widely available throughout the USA.
