Almost a year ago, on August 5th, 2025, I had a powerful dream.

I dreamed of a massive ship with no steering wheel.

On both sides of me were two ladders, and people were constantly moving climbing up, climbing down, again and again.

Later, someone told me the image reminded them of Jacob’s Ladder a symbol of connection, movement, growth, and the bridge between people and something greater than ourselves.

And then I understood something deeply:

The ship was moving through the people.

Not through control.
Through connection.
Through shared purpose.
Through hearts moving in the same direction.

Over the past year, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing extraordinary people from around the world come together to support others through pain, trauma, uncertainty, healing, and hope.

Every volunteer, therapist, supervisor, supporter, and team member brings something unique to this mission.

And honestly, one of the greatest gifts of this journey has been the people themselves.

I feel incredibly proud of the Planetherapy team and deeply grateful to walk this path alongside such compassionate, heart-led human beings.

When hearts move together with purpose, something powerful begins to happen.

The mission moves forward. 💙

Rooted in truth. Rising in love.

Witnessing is more powerful than fixing.

As a society we tend to want to fix others pain as we think that will make them feel better. Yet, often, it doesn’t work like that. What we need is someome to witness our pain.

This scene from Inside Out puts it brilliantly. Joy wants to fix and keep going. Yet sadness takes a pause witnesses the pain and this is what makes the difference. Does it remove the pain? No. Does it help process? Yes.

Grief needs to be tended to. Grief needs to be witnessed. This is what this space is for.

Healing is not only personal. It moves through relationship and across time.

When trauma begins to integrate, something in the patterning shifts. What was carried forward, often unconsciously, no longer needs to continue in the same way.

In that sense, the work is not only about the past. It changes what becomes possible in the future.

The way you meet your own experience—what you include, what you bring into awareness—shapes what is passed on.

And as that shifts, so does the field around you.

At .global, we offer a safe and supportive space for healing, awareness, and emotional support.

: “Most mental health conditions do not begin dramatically. They begin quietly.

A change in mood. Pulling away from people. Poor concentration. Irritability. Neglecting self-care. Feeling hopeless or worthless. These signs are often mistaken for stress, tiredness or “just a phase”.

But early recognition matters. The sooner we notice change, the sooner support can begin, and outcomes are often better.

Mental health deserves the same attention we give physical health. Notice patterns. Ask questions. Start conversations.

Someone you know may need support more than they can say.

: “On 24th of October we, a Delegation of .global Therapists, visited Kibbutz Zikim and met with a group of Israeli Therapists.

At first, to get to know each other, we sat together and created some little pieces of art from clay. We have been told that our pieces would end up on a memorial wall in the Kibbutz.

On April 29th we received the picture with our art on the wall. The text says:

“A community creation jointly made by emotional therapists from Israel and around the world, in collaboration with the .olamot association and the Planetherapy initiative.”

This piece was created as part of a Community Resilience Day held in Zikim in October 2025, out of a shared commitment to strengthening personal and community resilience, promoting healing, connection, and hope during challenging times.”

I will be forever grateful to the wonderful and and all the participants of this beautiful and unforgettable time we’ve spent together.

There was laughter and also tears and an overwhelming feeling of connectivity.

We have all been blessed at this day, united in friendship and our hope for healing and peace!

Therapy isn’t a magic wand - it’s illumination. 💡

Think of a therapist as someone who helps turn on the light in a room you’ve been trying to navigate in the dark.

Once you can finally see what’s there - the pain, the patterns, the emotions, the mess - the real healing work begins.

It continues in the honest conversations you start, the choices you make, and the small actions you take after the session ends.

At .global, we believe healing begins with presence, support, and the courage to see clearly. 🌿

Are you ready to turn on the light?
