Week 4, as our families join us for week 4 they will be getting hands on. This one’s for the dads that have never bathed a newborn baby, changed a nappy or dressed a baby. Bathing demo and practice. It’s so much fun!!!

What you need to know about baby's movements 🩷

We want to make sure everyone has the information they need to have a safe pregnancy. That's why we created our free leaflet all about baby's movements, which is available in over 40 languages. Find and download the leaflet here:

Feeling your baby move is a sign that they're well. Most women and birthing people start to feel their baby move between 16 and 24 weeks of pregnancy. Remember -there's no set number of normal movements. Every baby is different.

It's important to get checked straight away if your baby is moving less, baby's movements have stopped or feel weaker than normal. The maternity unit is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, meaning you can call and get checked any time of the day or night. If you're in doubt, it's always better to get checked.
