**This is a Medical Tattoo**

3D Ar**la Reconstruction following breast reduction and uplift. During this type of surgery the ni**le is usually removed and then placed back on when the surgery is almost complete. This can often lead to loosing natural colour within the natural ni**le and in unfortunate circumstances the ni**le tissue can die (necrosis) this can severely affect the ni**le mound itself and surrounding skin tissue.

This lady has lost her natural ni**le projection and one side had been placed quite significantly higher than the other.

Tattooing these gave us the opportunity to improve symmetry and create a 3D effect Ar**la/Nipple.
