I 100% recommend honouring yourself enough to have a longer massage, but as a fellow person constantly trying to find the balance in life I totally understand why this feels more manageable for some 💚

Between treating you lovely lot and mumming hard, THIS is the reason I have had no real time for social media!!
I’m still here - and now with a space to walk into that doesn’t look like a total building site!! (Well there’s definitely still some tidying to do). There’s also lots to plant up but I’m excited to build it up slowly and watch things grow and develop.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! 🥳
I’m still in my pjs, surrounded in absolute mess and chaos, bags to unpack, piles of presents to put away and absolutely no motivation to do a thing after a late night Stranger Things binge 😂
Important time of year to remember that instagram is just a snippet of peoples lives, with every highlight and achievement shared will have come with unseen challenges, pain and tears. Don’t get lost in the comparison, we are still wintering ❤️ everything happens as it should so snuggle down and rest - we are ok exactly as we are 😘😘

Sometimes in life you have to take a step back, which I’ve struggled a lot with over the last year especially, however this is one of those times it’s needed. In a world where we rely so heavily on our phones for everything, I’d like to focus on being a bit more present and having two social media’s doesn’t help, so I’m letting go and removing both my personal and business pages for a while.

This page is linked to my Instagram though, so you will still see my posts feed through, and I will occasionally pop a few adverts/necessary info on here and there- I WILL JUST NOT BE ACTIVELY MONITORING ANYMORE.
