T H I S / L I G H T
Firstly can I just say a huge thank you for all your lovely comments, shares, shout outs, support and likes across my social media around the brand new offering of 'R E I K I / I N / T H E / W O O D S' I can't begin to tell you how excited I am to be finally bringing this to life. Your responses are like a green light from the universe!
Also I apologise that my usual 'M I D - W E E K / M U S I N G S' newsletter didn't drop into your little boxes yesterday.
Ironically I have reached my free limit on Mailchimp which again was the nudge I have needed to switch platforms. But not wanting to overwhelm with too much, something new and exciting is coming. I'll wait until my quota starts again in June and send a final email explaing all, and then I'll do a post to keep you in the loop. It will be a special place for you to visit.
But what I would have written about is this light. The one that dips at the end of the day, casting flickering shadows from my outdoor plants across the walls. Like a puppet show just for me, full of movement, shapes, shadows and warm flickering rays.
It layers itself across furniture, draped like a ribbon of gold. Soft, inviting and gentle, that all I want to do is rest, with a herbal tea, open book or even just close my eyes and let the day wash over me.
Warmth and sunlight makes us want to linger, lounge, laze and languish in the glimmers.
So with the bank holiday looming and the promise of scorching long sunny days. I hope you get to enjoy the sunlight, but safely. Lots of SPF, hydration and wide brimmed hats, floating cotton and cool shaded areas to retreat to, and who knows maybe snooze a while!
Sending all my appreciation, gratitude, love, light & blessings to each of you here on my tiny space.
Melita x 💚✨
