FULL MOON & LUNAR ECLIPSE ✨🌕

Something a little special is happening in our skies tonight.

As we move into tomorrow morning’s Full Moon, a deep partial lunar eclipse will take place. The eclipsed part may take on a beautiful reddish or coppery glow, giving rise to the name ‘Blood Moon’.

Full moons and eclipses have long been associated with reflection, release and change.

A time to notice what we’ve outgrown. What no longer feels aligned. And what we might finally be ready to let go of.

We don’t always need to know what comes next.

Sometimes it’s simply about trusting what we already know deep down and creating space for something new.

Sound isn’t just something we hear.

We feel it too.

The resonance of the crystal bowls, the depth of the gong, the different tones and vibrations moving through the space, each creating its own layer of the experience.

Add water beneath you, close your eyes and take away the distractions around you, and suddenly there’s an opportunity to experience sound in a completely different way.

Not analysing it. Not trying to do anything with it. Simply noticing how it feels.

Today we returned to Epworth for another beautiful afternoon of Floating Sound Immersion.

As summer begins to soften into autumn, join us for an evening of sound, stillness and deep relaxation.

The Autumn Equinox is a natural point of balance, a moment between seasons and a beautiful 🍁🍂🍁opportunity to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation before settling into a Reiki-infused sound immersion, surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gong and chimes.

We’ll finish with an oracle card, time to reflect and refreshments together before heading home.

A very special Floating Sound Immersion today for 19 Tropic Skincare Ambassadors, as part of their wellbeing day at Truffle Lodge.

It was a real pleasure to create this experience for the group, representing the award-winning British beauty brand.

Floating, stillness and sound… a chance to be supported, let go and simply receive.

The feedback afterwards was so lovely to hear, with so many sharing how relaxed they felt and how much they enjoyed the experience.

Tonight was another reminder of just how special it is to bring sound to the water.

People arrive carrying whatever the day or the week has brought, and for the next hour, they don’t have to do anything at all.

No expectations. No pressure to relax in a certain way. Just the opportunity to stop for a while and experience sound in a completely different way.

Seeing people come off afterwards looking so rested is always the best part.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at Truffle Lodge tonight and allowed us to hold that space for you 🙏🏻

After the incredible response to our Floating Sound Immersions at Askern, and so many of you asking when we would be back… the wait is over.

Askern Leisure Centre

2:00pm & 3:30pm

Askern is our most spacious venue, creating such a calm, peaceful atmosphere with plenty of space to simply switch off, float and be immersed in sound.
