Today is my last day in the salon before I head off on my holiday! ☀️🍹✈️

I’ll still be available until 7pm on Tuesday evening to reply to any messages, so if you need to get in touch, please make sure you pop me a message before then. 💕

After that, my out of office reply will be firmly switched ON 📵🙌 and I’ll be taking some much-needed time to relax, recharge and enjoy my holiday! 🥰

Life can feel non-stop when you're a busy woman… juggling work, family, responsibilities and everything in between. 💚

This month's Monthly Meditation Workshop is all about giving yourself the opportunity to pause, reset and recharge.

Join me for two hours of calm, connection and guided meditation, creating space to switch off from the outside world and focus on you. ✨

This workshop will focus on a reset for busy women — helping you slow down, release the mental load, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling calmer, lighter and refreshed. 🤍
