This is the reason to ‘walk through the door’ 4st 7lbs gone - hopefully I can keep it off now!!! Amazing support and a great group full of laughter and occasional tears - (me this morning !!!😭😭😭) thank you Annie and all the 9.30 group - see you in 3 weeks

Okay... can we just take a moment for this food? 🤤🇹🇭
Dave and I went to Café Norah's Thai Night last weekend and it was honestly one of the nicest themed food evenings we've been to.
We ate far too much, tried things we'd never had before and left wondering how soon we could come back 🤣
The satay skewers were amazing, the curries were packed with flavour and don't even get me started on the mango dessert!
Massive thank you to the team for such a lovely evening. It's so nice to support local businesses that put so much effort into creating something a bit different.
Already looking forward to seeing what they come up with next ❤️
