Wow!! the season has kicked off in style...a wonderful soundbath tonight double bowls, double vibes.

Sound-bathers, I asked you to fill the hall and you didn't let me down....and thanks to you beautiful lot over £300 was raised for Alzheimer's Society as part of my fundraising for Great North Run next Sunday 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

Those booked in tonight, doors will be open at 6.45pm, allowing time to get comfortable, ready to start promptly at 7pm.

It's going to be a busy one, you can park in the church carpark or in the small car park at the back of the hall (up the ramp) if neededthere is parking space across the road near the sports centre.

Please bring your own mat, pillow and blanket

🍂 It’s here!!! 🍂

After the hottest summer, it’s time to gently flow into autumn… ✨

Cooler days, crisp nights, golden leaves and all those beautiful, earthy colours appearing around us. A time to slow down, settle in and embrace the cosy vibes.

Think warm blankets, candles glowing, mugs of something delicious, darker evenings and that lovely feeling of coming home to yourself.

And, of course… a whole load of sound baths!

The perfect excuse to get cosy, switch off from the outside world and sink into some much-needed stillness. Let the sounds wash over you, soothe your nervous system and give you space to simply be.

So, here’s to autumn…
To slowing down.
To getting cosy.
To softer evenings.

The calm before the stillness...

I love these few minutes before everyone arrives. The room is ready, the bowls are in place, and for a brief moment everything is wonderfully quiet.

It's a chance to take a breath, settle into the space, and reflect on the session ahead. Soon the room will be filled with people, sound, relaxation, and at least one person determined to fall asleep before the first bowl has finished singing. 😴

Until then, it's just me, the instruments, and a little pocket of peace before the magic begins......

For those booked tonight.....there are temp traffic lights 🚦 and roadworks 🚧 around the hall.

You can still access the parking but maybe give yourself a few extra minutes to get there...

Doors will be open 15 mins before the start and close at 7pm...ready for a prompt start....see ya laters, alligators 🐊 💛x
