Massage and Dry needling are often used for different reasons, not because one is “better” than the other.
Massage can be excellent for relaxation, circulation, and easing general muscle tension.
Dry needling is typically used when there are specific trigger points, persistent tightness, or movement restrictions that need a more targeted approach.
In many cases, they can actually complement each other.
The goal is always the same: helping you move and feel better.
Different tools. Different approaches. Different reasons for using them.
