Angelic Healing & Wellbeing My name is Patricia I'm an Usui & Seichem Reiki Master Teacher & a Feng Shui Practitioner.

I am a Reiki Master Healer, I have been practising Reiki on my family and friends since 2011 and I became a Reiki Master in August 2016. I work predominantly mobile which I find is of great benefit to my clients after they have had a Reiki Treatment. Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that allows everyone to tap into an unlimited supply of 'life force energy' to improve health and enhance the quality of life.

Its a lovely Autumnal day there is a definite nip in the air today...

There's a wonderful cool breeze gently blowing the trees branches...

I'm sitting with a fabulous cup of coffee ☕️ looking out onto the garden the grass has grown considerably and desperately needs cutting...that's a job for the weekend I'm afraid...

Another new day awaits ready to explore its not always sunshine & roses some days feel pretty dark & dull but no matter what happens and it doesn't matter where you are on your journey the light within you will always shine but some days it will shine brighter than others but that's fine...

Its a lovely Autumnal day the trees branches are blowing gentlly in the cool breeze...

The sun is shining intermittentently bringing a soft glow to the garden...

I can hear a gentle neighing from neighbouring horses across the field behind and the distinct sound of birdsong in the background... its so peaceful and always brings joy to my soul...

We need to listen more to wonderful Mother Nature...she knows what we need on a daily basis...

Take care and take your time... life is not a race its to be enjoyed...

Its a lovely fresh morning there's a gentle breeze blowing the trees branches...

I'm sitting outside with a wonderful cup of coffee ☕️and can hear the rustling of crisp leaves on the patio a sure sign Autumn is here...

I love watching the seasons change and its so nice to actually see green grass again as for most of the summer it literally resembled straw...

Every day is a chance to go again but you don't need to rush anything just go at your own pace yes we want to pack as much into a day that we possibly can but its not necessary... enjoy each step its your life & your journey....

Its a wonderful sunny day the trees branches are swaying vigorously in the cool morning breeze...

I'm sitting outside enjoying the fresh air with a lovely cup of coffee ☕️ contemplating what today has in store...

The grass is really long now and is rich in colour... it resembles an emerald green carpet...just wish it would stay dry enough so I can cut it...

We don't always need a plan for every day sometimes it's best to just go with the flow... these are the days that generally turn out the best...

Regardless make sure today brings a smile 😀 to your face and look for the miracles that are happening all around you...

It's a lovely blustery day...

I've been sitting with the French Doors open enjoying my cup of coffee ☕️ whilst watching and listening to the rustling of the trees as they bend and sway in the cool vigorous wind...

I've replenished the fatball and mealworm feeders ready for when our feathered friends decide to visit...their voices are silent right now...

Its a day to catch up on a few chores ready for the weekend...

Whatever you decide to do today enjoy yourself...do what makes you happy it doesn't matter what others say you only get one shot at life enjoy it while you can...

Its a lovely Autumnal day the trees branches are blowing vigorously in the cool breeze and my washing is drying nicely on the washing line...

I've had a lovely day I've spent it with my beautiful daughter & gorgeous Grandson its been busy... we enjoyed our lunch sat outside at one of our favourite cafes as it was rather warm today...

In a world that isn't particularly nice right now we have to love, hope, pray & believe things will get better there has been some absolute horror stories on the news the last few days that have shocked me to the core... please let's all be kind to one another the world would be a much happier place if we were...

Its a lovely rainy morning the trees branches are blowing gently in the cool crisp air...

The birds are quieter this morning but then the odd sound of birdsong rings out in the background...

There are days when we wake up and we've not got anything planned but we always think we need to be doing something we'll we don't some days its just nice to actually do nothing...let your mind & body be still...

Take time to relax... listen to your body more...don't complicate matters its your life & you're in charge...

It's a beautiful day a little overcast with intermittent bursts of sunshine but there's a wonderful cool breeze vigorously blowing the trees branches as some of its leaves cascade to the ground...

The heavy rain kept me awake for most of the night I'm now hoping that it stays dry enough for me to cut my grass later...

Mother Nature definitely knows how to put on a show a tapestry of many colours as the season starts to change...its the start of the 'ber' months tomorrow... I absolutely love this time of year...

Whatever you do today make sure it puts a smile on your face & brings joy to your heart...

It's a beautiful sunny day... the sky is Blue and there's a wonderful breeze gently blowing the trees branches...

I've had a lovely lie in as it took me ages to get to sleep last night... I'm sat with a lovely cup of coffee ☕️ with the French Doors open enjoying the fresh air and listening to the beautiful sound of birdsong...

It's a lovely day to spend some time in wonderful Mother Nature and let your mind just take in all her beauty...its not always easy but try to block out everything else that's going on in your life right now and let your mind be still and focus on peace & tranquility...even if its only for a few hours out of your day...it helps...
