Connor’s first day on his Supported Internship! 🍕

Connor got straight to work, preparing pizzas and toppings, portioning dough, using the pot washer and learning how to check food temperatures. 👨‍🍳

He made a brilliant start, showing confidence, initiative and enthusiasm while getting to know his new colleagues and workplace.

We’re looking forward to seeing how Connor progresses! 🙌

Meet local businesses over a complimentary breakfast, hear from our guest speaker and take a guided walk around the farm, with plenty of time to chat and make new connections along the way.

You’ll also have the chance to find out more about Supported Internships and how local employers can help young people take their next steps into work.

Last night at The Archer, we celebrated our 7th Annual Employer Awards Evening, bringing together learners, employers, families and staff to recognise the partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for young people with SEND. ✨

The evening was filled with inspiring moments as our learners shared their journeys and thanked the employers who have supported them every step of the way. Awards were presented, achievements celebrated, and there wasn't a shortage of smiles.

Congratulations to all of our award winners, and thank you to every employer who continues to champion Landmarks learners and make a lasting difference. 💜

Congratulations to Jonny on securing paid employment with the kitchen team at the Brentwood Hotel!🎉

Through his Supported Internship, Jonny has developed valuable employability skills and will now be helping to prepare food as part of the hotel's kitchen team.

The staff at the Brentwood Hotel said, "We love having Jonny here." 💜

Jonny's success also marks another milestone in our partnership with Greene King, with 36 young people now progressing into paid employment through the programme.
