Worcestershire’s own dedicated Pilates studio. Pink Shrimp Pilates is based in the centre of Evesham. We are so fortunate to have found the most incredible local Pilates community. We have a wide range of classes available for all abilities. If you haven’t been in yet, September is the perfect time with new classes added to the timetable. The incredibly committed and passionate team cannot wait to welcome you in to the studio!

September has come around very quickly. With a new routine for lots of us, September relaunches the full timetable at Pink Shrimp to fit your Pilates classes into your week, whatever your routine looks like.

If you’ve not visited the studio yet, what are you waiting for? Pay as you go available for one-off classes, with packs available for our regular clients. Beginner’s classes are great for newbies. Sometimes private sessions might be more appropriate - please contact for more information on 1:1s. These can be scheduled for mutually convenient times.

We’re mad about Pilates. Joseph Pilates gave us an incredible gift when he developed his method of Contrology. It has changed so many lives, mine included. I see a large number of clients living with injuries and painful conditions and can see how it is making real changes in their lives. What an honour to make it to the finals at Muddy Stilettos for best Pilates/Yoga studio Worcs/Glocs. Thank you for the nomination and to everyone who’s already voted. Lots of you have been on the journey with me from my living room and as a one man band it’s been really hard going at times. Every day is a moment and being the extremely small business that we are, it’s stuff like this that can make a real difference in putting Pink Shrimp on the map! On our way back from an astounding and exhausting 3 days! Lots of you will know how excited Lizzie and I were to go to Pilates on Tour . As always it was a truly special event which was both inspiring and educational. In our local area, the Pilates teaching community feels small at times, but at an event like this, we are reminded of the global Pilates love,experience and guidance out there. Some highlights for me personally were workshops with and .puleo and classes with - thank you ladies for giving me some valuable tools (and energy) to take back to my clients. We’ve come back reenergised, enthusiastic, and with a whole long list of things we’d like to study/explore further 🙈 Thank you for a wonderful weekend! Back to work from tomorrow 😂

Studio closed this Friday-Sunday as Lizzie and I will both be away for continued education. Thursday 9th has reformer and Jumpboard in the morning if you fancy. See you on Monday 13th April when the timetable will be back to its usual setting!
