The next 'Pocket of Joy' will be held
on Saturday 22th August at Letham Village Hall 💚

Together we can enjoy slow, gentle yoga to help us reset and gather ourselves back in ☺️🙏🏽✨️

During the time together we will explore

Yoga Asana (positions) ✨️

Breathwork 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️🧘

Mudra (hand gestures) 🙏🏽👌🏽

Yoga Nidra ( guided meditation) 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘‍♀️

And of course there will be time to chat, laugh and find some Joy! This will be served up with some homemade
cake 🍰 some fruit 🍎🍓 and hot drinks ☕️

10am until 1pm✨️

Yoga Nidra Monday 13th July Sattva Wellness Centre 7.15-8.15pm we have a 45 minute Nidra (yogic sleep guided meditation) all.ypu need to do is turn up on comfy clothes with a pillow & blanket. We then have a wee cup of herbal tea & a.sweet treat 😋 💚 Everyone welcome 🙏🏽
