On March 4th, we are off to the Learning Disability England Conference 2026 to run our self-advocacy workshop. We are so excited to share what we have been doing in Somerset with the rest of the country. If you’re there, come and say ‘hello’!

We have been having such a blast heading out across Somerset to meet wonderful people and talk about Self-Advocacy and our rights! This week we went to Aurora Foxes in Minehead and work with their student council. Check out these wonderful photos from our time there.

I am really happy 😀 that Oska Bright Film Festival has selected my film for it's festival next year. It has really brightened up my week to hear this! I cant wait to see my film, A Portrait of Robin Meader, about my life as an artist on the BIG screen! Thanks to everyone who supported me.

We're getting excited about the Festival of Voices in January next year. OurSelf Advocacy have been busy visiting groups and getting ready!

With 69 days to go until the Festival of Voices, our team have been on the road visiting groups and supporting them to use their creative voices to talk about their rights. On 22nd January 2026 we will show this work to an invited audience of decision makers at the festival of Voices.
