nced / assisted stretching techniques and offer postural advice and rehab. I also work closely with a network of other specialists in Physiotherapy, accupuncture and others thus ensuring that following assessment (if needed) you are where necessary referred onto the most appropriate therapist to help you with your problem. I have been working in the Health & Fitness Industry for over 20 years. I am a qualified exercise to music instructor, fitness and gym instructor and still teach a few classes now especially through the pandemic online
In 2011 I embarked on a new treatment called the Rossiter System a powerful myofascial (connective tissue) stretching treatment. My 1st course was October 2011, my 2nd in May 2012 and my 3rd course February 2013. This last course will see me as an Advanced Rossiter Coach. My most recent course updates have been Oncology Massage 2019 and ScarWork 2020 both completed after my own breast cancer diagnosis in 2018
I am an endurance triathlete, completing my first full Ironman in Regensburg, Germany In 2010. My second Ironman took me to Barcelona in 2014
2015 saw me complete The Forces March 5 marathons in 5 days with a dear friend. Since then injury has consumed me but after my illness i completed Titan Truathlon in the Brecon Beacons in June 2019. I know what it takes to keep the body (and mind) in good condition to optimise performance, whilst placing it under the significant stresses and strains of training in three very different disciplines.
