I have decided that, where possible, I will be opening up occasional Saturday morning Reflexology appointments.

Ideally, I’d like to keep these available for those who are unable to get to me during my usual working hours, so please be mindful of this.

These appointments will be offered on a first come, first served basis and spaces will be limited.

Please message me if you would like to be added to the notification list for when these become available and I will send round availability.

A first Saturday session with me is £75.00 and includes a detailed health consultation. If you have had Reflexology with me before and have already completed your health consultation, the Saturday appointment fee will be £70.00.

Always a total pleasure to work with people during their pregnancies, at whatever stage! Some people I see all the way through from trying to conceive through to birth and beyond, some come just at the beginning of their time and some just at the end. It is such a supportive treatment to have during pregnancy, to help manage various symptoms, reduce anxiety around it, prepare for it in a calm and nurturing space.

If, like me, you’re a parent of someone embarking on exams this week — whether that’s GCSEs, BTECs, A-levels or SATs — firstly, I’m sending you a huge hug. It can be such an emotional rollercoaster for everyone involved!

I’m currently seeing a few students for Reflexology, and so many have said how helpful it’s been to step away from revision for a while, have a brain break that doesn’t involve a screen or a book, and experience a much-needed hour of calm. Reflexology helps calm both the body and mind, easing stress and anxiety, soothing nerves, and giving them the chance to properly switch off for a little while
At this stage, all we can really do is support them as best we can — making sure they’re eating well, drinking plenty of water, getting fresh air, taking regular breaks, and getting enough sleep. (I also have rescue remedies dotted all around the house!)

But while we focus on supporting them, it’s easy to forget the pressure parents and carers are carrying too. If emotions are running high at home, chances are you’re absorbing far more stress than you realise.

Reflexology is incredibly supportive for parents too — helping to calm heightened emotions, reduce stress levels, and restore a little patience and balance during a demanding few weeks.

So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, tired of being the punch bag or simply in need of some calm amongst the chaos, now is the perfect time to book yourself in. Just drop me a message for availability.

What does looking after yourself mean to you?

The definition is “taking care of your physical, mental, emotional, and practical wellbeing in a way that helps you to stay healthy, stable, and able to function over time.”

That’s alot to look after isn’t it. By yourself. For yourself.

Especially when you are no doubt already looking after other people before yourself - be that your own family, partners, children, parents, a home, work etc etc…

All ON TOP of trying to eat well, exercise, get enough sleep, set boundaries where needed, manage finances, fitness, keep stress levels in check and stay on top of not only your emotions but everyone else’s too – next to trying to make sure you are feeling grounded, connected and fulfilled!

Too much.

Come and see me – let me help you with it all.
